માત્ર એ જ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ફોર્મ ભરી શકશે કે
૧) જેમની ધોરણ ૧૦ ની ટકાવારી ૬૦ %થી વધારે હોય
૨) ડીપ્લોમામાં કુલ ૨ કરતા વધારે BACKLOGS આવેલા ના હોય (Count all backlogs including live/dead/cleared/not cleared - એટલે કે BACKLOGS ભલે CLEAR કરેલા હોય તો પણ તે  BACKLOGS  જ ગણાશે),
૩) ડીપ્લોમામાં ટકાવારી ૫૮ %થી વધારે ( CPI ૬.૩ થી વધારે) હોય (સેમ ૬ ની પરીક્ષા બાકી હોય તો સેમ ૫ ના CPI ગણવા)
૪) 1st July 2020ના રોજ ૨૩ વર્ષ કરતા વધુ ઉંમર ના થતી હોય
