This hunt is a halloween/fall themed hunt. The hunt prim is a piece of candy.
You are required to rez a poster at your store, rez the hunt prim and fill it with your boxed gift before the hunt starts. We will not track you down-you will be sent 1 notecard asking for corrections and given 48 hours to fix things before hunt removal. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at any time. You will receive initial posters through a mailing system and then added to the EVIL BUNNY PRODUCTIONS group for communication, blogger box mailing etc.
If we do not receive your hint for the start of the hunt, you will have 48 hours as a skip and then be removed.
TIMELINE
Sept. 15th-deadline for applications (or when full)
Sept. 19th-final vendor box will be out no later than this day
Oct. 1- all prims must be rezzed at your hiding spot
Oct. 2- prim must be filled with your gift or we will NC you to let you know it's empty
HINTS
You will receive a note card inside your designer pack with a link to send us your hint information online. You will also be able to provide a link for your photo, or the mailbox location in the office to drop off. (photo is not required but suggested) If we do not receive your hint for the start of the hunt, you will have 48 hours as a skip to fix it and then be removed.
HUNT PRIM
Box up your items with any LMs or notecards you want to include and load into the contents of your hunt prim. DO NOT SET FOR SALE. This item is scripted. Click and blue box will pop up, select STORE, and type your store name in the box that comes up.
GIFTS
Do not have to be brand new, but remember that hunters LOVE new and exclusive things. Make a good mark on the hunters with what you give them so the keep your landmark, join your group/subscriber and return often to your store. Please keep your item in theme for the hunt.
SPONSOR
Store #1 will be Grumble and sponsors will have spots 2-16. Sponsor cost is $300L due upon acceptance. Sponsors will be listed on promotional material, at the starting point, blog, and website. Sponsors will be listed on blog with social media info provided by store owner. Sponsors are on front page of the blog. Sponsors listed on about hunt info NC included at starting point and in other locations around the sim. Please note on application if you are interested in being a sponsor.
DECOYS
You won't need them-the candy will rename themselves random names from items around them so they can not be area searched. If you want to provide 2 gifts (male/female) you are welcome to. Just provide 2 hints specifying which is which on the hint form.
MISCELLANEOUS
We will include a hint giver which is not required, just included if you would like to use it.

We are very flexible and accommodating. If you have any issues with timing, RL, computer problems etc. just let us know. You can always NC us in-world or contact us via email:

Sponsor fees are non-refundable in case you can not participate at the last minute. If you are removed from a hunt, you will not be invited back to the next unless you contact us and at least let us know the issue. We understand RL happens, just let us know please.
If you are not ready 48 hours after the hunt starts, you will be removed, period.
