BNA invites your Association to participate in our Carnival for All Age & Rep – 11 years to Open

Time: 8.30am sharp
Entries Close: Saturday 8 April, 2023
Eligible Entries: All Age & Rep – 11 years to Open
Entry fee: $33.00 per team (including GST).
Payment is required via direct deposit to BNA entry close date - if payment is not received by due date, unfortunately your teams will not be included in the fixture.

Conditions of Entry
The Carnival will be conducted in accordance with Netball NSW ‘Netball NSW Guidelines for Conduct of Association Carnivals' (as approved at NNSW Meeting Nov 2021).
* Teams withdrawing from the Carnival after the closing date will not be eligible for a refund.
* If a ballot is required, this will be done after the closing date as per NNSW guidelines. Teams that are balloted out will receive a refund of that team entry fee.
* Umpiring format will be UMPIRE YOUR OWN.
* Each team must supply a scorer.
* No injury time will be played.
* No disputes will be entered.
* Games will commence and conclude on the hooter.
* Games will be 2 x 10 minute halves with one minute at half time.
* Teams finishing first on the point score will be declared the winners.
* If teams finish on equal points, the winners will be decided on a ‘for and against’ basis.
* Taping of nails, earrings and bangles is not permitted.
* Teams are to wear full Club or Rep uniform
* Bathurst Netball Association will not be responsible for any injuries. It is the responsibility of teams to ensure that all members are registered with Netball NSW.
* Ice packs will be available. Teams will be responsible for any other first aid they require.
* Players registered with one team may not play with another team on the day.
* Associations / Clubs must provide a wet weather contact name and phone number.
* Bathurst Netball Association reserves the right to re‐grade any team.
Canteen and barbecue facilities, as well as a coffee van, will be available on the day.
In the event of inclement weather, your Association’s wet weather contact (as nominated on the entry form) will be contacted as soon as possible after a decision is made to cancel the Carnival.
