Millcreek CERT -- Community Emergency Response Team Training
Millcreek utilizes a hybrid (online & in-person classes) approach to CERT instruction.

♦ Access it on your mobile device or computer.
♦ Complete it at your pace and at your convenience.
♦ Course progress will be saved and can be resumed later.
♦ Online Course Time = 9 hours
♦ In Person Practical Training = 16 hrs

The online content has been made available by the Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health through grants.

The Basic CERT Training teaches you basic disaster response skills so you can safely help yourself and those around you when disaster strikes and when professional responders aren’t available. Learn how to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your community.

♦ SEP 11 - Unit 1: Disaster Preparedness, Millcreek City Hall, 6:30p -8:30p
♦ SEP 18 - Unit 6: CERT Organization & Unit 7: Disaster Psychology, 6pm - 9pm, Location TBD
♦ OCT 2 - Unit 3: Disaster Medical Operations I, 6pm - 9pm, Location TBD
♦ OCT 16 - Unit 4: Disaster Medical Operations II, 6pm - 9pm, Location TBD
♦  OCT 30 - Unit 2: Fire Safety and Utility Controls & Unit 8: Terrorism and Hazardous Materials Safety, 6pm - 9pm, Location TBD
♦  NOV 13 - Unit 5: Light Search and Rescue Operations and Victim Care, 6pm - 9pm, Location TBD
♦  NOV 16 (SAT) - Unit 9: Course Review and Disaster Simulation, Combined with Holladay CERT, Time & Location TBD
