Dear Friend of the Bahama Community,

We wish to share news about the 10th annual Bahama Day Festival on Saturday, October 26, 2024.  The organizing committee is already at work establishing all the activities that will make this community event a great success.  We are working on children’s activities, educational and vendor booths, food and beverage services, entertainment, a drive in car show, parking, and security.  I invite you to visit the event’s website (www.bahamaruritanclub.com)  or our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/BahamaDayNC,  as we update information leading up to the event.

As a vital part of what makes the Bahama community unique and loved, your assistance is needed to ensure the success of the 2024 event.  Sponsorship donations provided in support of the Bahama Day Festival activities are covered under Section 501(c)(3) tax statute through the event’s host organization BVFD-Bahama Day (Tax ID# 56-6064034).   In addition to the tax benefits from making a charitable donation, your organization will be highlighted in Festival communication materials.  It is with pride that we will let others know of your support.

We invite you to be a part of the team working to make this year’s event a success and would welcome your participation in planning efforts.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions concerning being a planning member or regarding sponsorship activities. Feel free to inform others that sponsorship applications can be found at the website location described above.  We look forward to hearing from you.  To ensure that you make it on the publications and T-shirts we need to receive sponsor money and logos by July 15, 2024.
