Site Council Application: 2024

Are you looking for a way to give back to Lake Harriet Community School or offer your time or talents to strengthen the learning environment for our beloved students? This could be your sign or call-to-action to meaningfully contribute to our children and the future of our school community. The LHCS Site Council is seeking both parent and community members to join our efforts beginning in the 2024-2025 school year. 

Site Councils are a Minneapolis Public Schools initiative to support site-based decision making and increase academic outcomes for our students. Site Council members help review funding, policies, practices and programs at LHCS. Our Site Council meets monthly and hosts ~4 community/school-wide events a year.
