1. The Administrator of Your Personal Data is the Medical University of Bialystok, located at Kilinskiego street no. 1, 15-089 Bialystok, represented by the Rector.
2. For matters regarding the processing of Your personal data, you can contact the Data Protection Officer appointed at the Medical University of Bialystok by sending an email to: iod@umb.edu.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed to register participation in the conference, communicate for the organization of the conference, and document its course.
4. For documentation purposes, the conference will be recorded, and the recording will be made available on the website www.umb.edu.pl/bimc
5. The legal basis for processing personal data is - Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller, in connection with the Higher Education and Science Act and the mission of the university based on it, which is conducting scientific activity, disseminating and multiplying the achievements of science, and acting for the benefit of local and regional communities.
6. The recipient of Your data will be the Student Scientific Society of the Medical University of Białystok, collaborating with the University in organizing the conference.
7. Your personal data will be stored for the conference and for a period necessary after the conference ends.
8. You have the right to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning You or to object to processing and the right to data portability.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki street no. 2, 00-193 Warsaw, www.uodo.gov.pl, if You believe that your personal data is processed by the Data Controller in breach of the GDPR.
10. Providing personal data is necessary for Your participation in the conference.
11. Based on Your personal data, the Administrator will not make any automated decisions, including profiling decisions within the meaning of the GDPR.
