Please fill out this form and submit when you have decided to participate in the Winter Youth Retreat taking place January 27-29, 2023 at Camp Cedar Crest in Running Springs, CA.

Here are the additional steps needed for WYR registration that need to be done after submitting this form:

Make a $60 deposit per person by December 16th to get the $160 price. The remaining $100 is due no later than January 20th.
The full price is $185 for those not paying the deposit and the full payment is also due by January 20th.
After payment is made, submit a list of names and additional information for everyone attending the retreat from your church.
Every adult attending as a leader or chaperone will undergo a background check.
Submit consent forms for every participant by January 20th.
Submit a certificate of insurance from your church's insurance company naming ABCOFLASH as additionally insured.
