BCI Retrieval and Return of Items
Please fill out this form to select the time you would like to come and clean out your locker.  Only come to the school at your sign up time.  Entry is only permitted for the retrieval of student's personal items.  Washrooms at the school will be closed.  Access is prohibited to anyone who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, or has had contact with a confirmed case. Physical distancing is required at all times.  Entry will be at through the front doors if you have a locker on the second or third floor and through the side door, by the teacher's parking lot if you have a locker on the first floor.
