Rooms are available for individual Chorus Dinners on Saturday evening between Chorus Competition and the Show of Champions. Please indicate on the form below WHETHER OR NOT your chorus is interested in booking a group dinner.

Multiply the number of dinners by $31.00. The price includes service charge and private room.

IMPORTANT: Payment for dinners MUST be received in advance by the February 29 Deadline. No Exceptions.

1) Write a check for the exact amount payable to Sweet Adelines – Region #10 and mail it to Reg10 Finance Coordinator Janet Moe, 12606 Weeping Oak Trail, Live Oak TX 78233. 

2) Contact Janet Moe @ 608-799-1237 or finance@region10sai.org to coordinate electronic funds transfer by Zelle or PayPal. Electronic funds transfers may require a handling fee.

CHORUS MEAL EVENTS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER MARCH 8, 2024, DUE TO HOTEL REQUIREMENTS!

Additional meals may be added until March 22, BUT NO CANCELLATIONS.
