Thank you for your interest in the 2024 Fairgrounds Festival running Friday June 14 and Saturday June 15, 2024 at the Norfolk County Fairgrounds (172 South Drive , Simcoe ON). The event will be open from 3pm - until concert end on both days.

This event takes place outdoors, regardless of weather. 

A Vendor information package with full event details will be provided before final commitment is required. 
Each vendor application will be reviewed and individually notified and provided an invoice once the completed application is approved.

BOOTH: Each booth will be a 10’x10’ space outdoors. Three Exhibitor Badges will be issued per booth.  You must provide your own tent.

INSURANCE: A Liability Insurance Certificate showing Norfolk County Agricultural Society named as an “additional insured” is required from all exhibitors. Minimum $2 million liability is required. This certificate must be received prior to set up or set up will not be permitted. A copy is due by May 31, 2024.
