Although you may choose to order online from the major booksellers, you can also order directly from Nekhor using this form. The cost of each book is $35, and shipping will be an additional $5 for an order of 5 or less books (and additional $10 for an order of 6-10 books, and so forth). You will receive your book(s) within 2-5 business days from the date of your order.
