General Instructions and Qualifications for Applications:
 Grade Point Average must be 3.00 or better. Verified with signature of Principal or Guidance Counselor.
 Applicant must be a High School Junior or Senior in the Fall.
 Three adult references are required.
 Essay must be attached (Why should I be chosen, at least 200 words, double spaced, 12pt font)
 Applicant must live in the Beaver County.
 An application fee of fifty ($50) dollars must accompany application. In the event an applicant is not accepted, the $50.00 fee will be returned. After each applicant has been accepted, no fees WILL be refunded.
