Please complete the following form if your child is interested in representing AJHS in the North Harbour Intermediate School (Year 7 and 8) Boys Football Zone Days.

Details of the Zone Days are below:

DATE:  
Boys Year 7 - Tuesday 11th May 2021
Boys Year 8 - Thursday 13th May 2021

VENUE:  Rosedale Park, Albany

TIME: 8.30am through to 3pm approximately

Expression of Interest closes - Monday 22nd February 2021

TRIALS:   Term 1 - dates to be advised.

PLEASE NOTE: Completing this expression of interest form does not guarantee a student will be selected for a zone day. Trials may be necessary and students will be advised of details if trials are required.

For some zone days we may require coaching assistance from parents/caregivers so please indicate if you are able to assist.
