A spot will be confirmed once our staff have received the following:
1. Signed copy of your child's immunization record,
2. Your child's health care card number
3. Waiver
4. Camp fees: $281.30 for a 5 day week or $225 for a 4 day week.
5. Subsidy
    CCFR 147.69 for children for a 5-day week
    CCFR 118.15 for children for a 4-day week

If your plans change, you will be responsible to find a replacement, which means that all above items will need to be handed in to the Lead Teacher. There is $50 change fee, which needs to emailed to this address. We will remain open unless ECE requires us to close due to community spread.
