The Young Professionals’ mentorship program is a new initiative to to create opportunities for our young professional members and people at senior levels in our member companies to connect and exchange ideas. The main objectives are threefold:
- To give opportunities for young professionals to develop their knowledge and skills needed to reach their professional goals, to receive advice and guidance through communications with their mentor.
- To give opportunities for established professionals to connect to young talents and gain new insights and points of reflection through communications with their mentee.
- To further develop a network of professionals in Taiwan.

The mentors are handpicked from our member companies, including IKEA, Ericsson, SCANIA, Volvo, and Baker McKenzie.  

Please fill out this application form before October 25th to apply to the program. This form will also be used to match you up with a mentor, so please answer sincerely! You will be contacted before October 30th about whether you have been accepted and who your mentor is.

To best match you with a mentor, we would like you to answer the questions as thoroughly as you can.
