OLVCS Athletic Program Procedures/Policy on Team Uniforms

The team uniforms are provided to OLVCS student-athletes on loan for the season.

Student-athletes are responsible for keeping their uniform in good condition and to return it to the Athletic Director at the end of the season. It is recommended that this be done in a bag with the student-athlete's name and home room number written on the bag.

Parents/guardians are responsible for paying a replacement fee to the school of at least $25 per uniform item that is not returned by their child.

Student-athletes who do not return ALL pieces of their team uniform are NOT eligible to participate in a subsequent OLVCS athletic team until ALL the uniform items are returned or the replacement fee is paid.
