Baby Big Night Volunteer Sign-up

The Campus Rotaract Club of Davis is having our 7th annual charity dinner, Baby Big Night, on May 4th, 2019. We are in need of volunteers to help out on the night of with tasks like set up, plating and serving food, and so on.

DATE: Saturday, May 4
LOCATION: Walter E. Buehler Alumni Center, Alpha Gamma Rho Hall
SHIFTS INCLUDE:
- Set up: help with setting up tables, putting up decorations, and prepping the kitchen
- Kitchen staff: plating and serving food to guests, refilling water, taking food plates away after guests are done eating
- Clean up: take down decorations and clean up venue, clean up kitchen

(We need about 4-6 people for each shift)

NOTE:
- Pizza will be provided for volunteers helping with the last two shifts
- Please show up 15 minutes before your shift starts so we can get you situated!
- Please wear appropriate semi-formal attire since this is a semi-formal event.
