Your phone number is given to an off campus company if your issue cannot be resolved by the Lekstede Wonen servicemen. The off campus company will make an appointment directly with a (preferably Dutch speaking) unitmate using the phone number entered.
I have spoken to my unit mates, and have asked whether there are any other issues to be tackled *
This is to prevent multiple visits being necessary to resolve otherwise easily fixed issues.
Describe the issue(s) *
Please explain the issue as elaborately as possible. E.g. instead of saying "my toilet is broken", explain that it is leaking and approximately where the leak is originating. This way the servicemen can be better prepared and the issue is more likely to be resolved in one go.
