Missing/Lost games/Where is my game? 
This form is for individuals and retailers who have not received their game either by Kickstarter, Gamefound or through our own website. This is also for people who backed the campaign but were late to provide their address details.

Please enter your details and explain clearly what you are missing providing as much information as possible.

If you have damaged/missing pieces for your Alley Cat Games game, this is NOT the right form. Please visit the website to find that form.

Kickstarter or Gamefound backers
If you are still awaiting a Kickstarter game, please ensure you have first logged on to your pledge manager account to see if it was completed. Ensuring you do this FIRST decreases a lot of time for you and for us as by not confirming this, or providing the wrong information will increase the time for us to locate your pledge and correcting it. This is because checking or unlocking the pledge manager is an extremely time intensive administrative task.

If you are providing your address details late (hence why it may have not been sent to you originally) unfortunately we charge a £5 admin fee due to the large time it takes to correct these and a less subsidised shipping charge since we no longer receive multiple shipment discounts as a result. We do however offer a 90% refund if you do not wish to proceed any further - please state this in the final section of the form and your paypal details so we can refund you in case we cannot do it through pledge manager or Kickstarter.

Website orders: 
We aim to ship your game out within between 2-5 working days. It will then take some additional time depending on what you ordered:

Small games (like Tinderblox or Kittin): It can take 2-5 extra days for it to arrive in the UK, and 5-20 days depending on where you are in the world
Larger games (like Arborea or Dice Theme Park): Same as above, but please add an additional 2-5 days for the warehouse to process your order as this is done by third party fulfilment centres around the world.
