To be eligible for nomination, individuals must be a career development professional and current CCDA member in good standing. CCDA seeks leadership candidates with a demonstrated commitment and service to the organization. Qualities we value in board members include: communication, collaboration, follow-through, leadership/vision, and diverse experiences & perspectives. A CCDA Board Member will contact you via phone to discuss your interest in joining the board and next steps.
