Application to become Mentor

The EUFRAS-YPARD Advisor Mentorship and Training Program 2022/23, is inviting experienced advisors and professionals to engage as mentors in the promotion of young talent.

What is expected from you as a mentor?

  • willingness to support 2 mentees, interest in transferring your knowledge

  • invest approximately 3/hrs per month (30/hrs total) of working time

  • participate in the initial meeting November 28th to December 1st 2022 in Slovenia (costs covered from the Erasmus+ funding)

  • accompany your mentee during a farm consulting session

  • offer constructive feedback and and support the mentee’s advisory project
