Thank you for taking the time to participate in the 2021 Wesley Enhanced Living Resident Satisfaction Survey. Providing quality customer service to our residents is a top priority for Wesley Enhanced Living. Your candid responses will assist us in evaluating current performance and identifying areas for future improvement. We firmly believe this will help us in achieving our mission to make a compelling difference in the lives of residents through providing excellence and innovation in aging services.
Your responses to this survey will remain anonymous. You will have the option to participate in future surveys or focus groups; however, this is purely at your discretion. Wesley Enhanced Living takes your privacy seriously and we will only use the information provided here in aggregate for analysis purposes and only to contact you for future surveys or focus groups if you chose to provide us your contact information. No information will be shared with anyone outside of the organization nor used within the organization for any other purpose.
