Congratulations!   You may — and should— feel honored to be asked to be a sponsor.
The role of Sponsor does not demand that one be a canonized saint.  We all have miles to go in our daily Christian journey of faith, and as a sponsor you need a sincere commitment and genuine effort to live out our  Christian faith. This form confirms your eligibility and readiness to be a Confirmation Sponsor.
