I set up my new school year in Homeschool Reporting and all of my information (address, phone number and email) is correct. If I have moved physical addresses, I will notify CEA and the School Board by submitting new Church School Enrollment Forms. If I am reenrolling, I have recorded my attendance in HSR and entered classes, grades and credits for my high school students for last school year. *

*I have read and understand the CEA Policies, www.2homeschool.org/CEA/Policies.html and that failure to comply with the policies is ground for dismissal.
*I understand that I am responsible for the education of my student(s) to include all curriculum, teaching, grading and record keeping. 
*I further understand that CEA cannot guarantee the acceptance of our family grades, attendance or curriculum by other entities from our time enrolled with CEA.
*If I need forms signed (Driver's License, Social Security, Dual Enrollment etc) or transcripts sent, I should plan on 48-72 business hours after my request.
*If I need to meet with a director, I will make an appointment.
