Our primary vet partners are located in Salinas and Prunedale. Are you able to transport foster pets in your care to and from appointments set up by ONPP to vet visits and to ONPP events, if needed? *
We work in partnership with other rescues throughout the state. Do you understand that it is ultimately ONPP's discretion on whether the animal you are fostering will be transferred to a partner rescue, or an adoption center to increase the chances of a quicker adoption? (All of our partner rescues have been fully vetted and we have worked with them for years). We work closely with our fosters in making decisions. *

FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - Thank you for considering being a foster for ONPP. You will need to carefully read the entire agreement and sign before being considered for fostering. We will also be scheduling a yard/home check for any fosters that are being considered by ONPP and that ONPP may need to come back to re-check my home/yard at any time.   Do you understand this? *
FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that if approved to foster, the animal in my care is the property of ONPP and I do not have the right to harm, sell, give away, or provide any type of medical treatment without the permission from one of ONPP's Board Members. FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to transport ONPP pets in my care to and from appointments set by ONPP for veterinary appointments, possible adoption events, and arrangements with prospective adopters. FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that I will not bring in any animals to my home without prior authorization and approval by an ONPP representative, including the holding of stray animals, fostering for another organization, or bringing a new pet into my household.  Please type your name below if you understand this agreement. *
FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that ONPP can, at any time, change their decision on my ability to foster, and that I am at no time ever to commit ONPP to any owner surrender animals or rescue pulls without discussion and approval by the appropriate animal manager/lead.  Please type your name below if you understand this agreement. *
FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that there is always a slight risk that the foster animal could harbor a contagious illness. My animals are currently vaccinated and should they or a family member happen to become ill as a result of my foster pet, I will not hold ONPP responsible. I understand the possibility of risk of transferring disease-causing microorganisms during animal-handling activities from ONPP animals to myself and to my own personal animals or vice versa (examples: giardia, mange, ringworm, etc) and I understand that I am expected to use all precautionary measures possible if fostering an ill animal by using gloves and disinfecting often with ONPP provided supplies. FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I hereby grant and convey unto ONPP all rights, title and interest in all photographs, images and video or audio recordings made by ONPP (or provided by myself) during any foster activities. Please type your name below if you understand and agree to this agreement. *
FOSTER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER - I understand and agree that while ONPP takes every precaution to not place aggressive dogs in foster homes, there is a risk of unpredictable behavior that a rescue dog, or cat, could be startled/frightened, inflict a scratch/bite to myself or my family members.
