Voice Lesson Request Form
If you are interested in taking voice lessons, please fill out the form below. Lessons are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED for those singers in Varsity Ensembles (Bella Voce or Chorale), but incredibly valuable to ALL CISD singers, including MS. Lessons are 30 minutes, once a week; cost is $25 each week and payments go directly to the instructor. 

Students will be assigned to their teachers by the Dragon Choir Staff and notified of their teacher assignment by the start of school (or within a week after the start of school). Consideration will be given to keep students with their existing teacher unless otherwise requested.

At this time, some teachers may be full. We will do our best to place them with your first request, but they may be placed with an alternate teacher.
