The core component of this group is that I'll teach you how to create HABITS. Habits that will stick with you throughout the summer months to come, habits that you'll WANT to stick with because they're simple and attainable. No more on-and off fitness routines. I'll teach you how to stay consistent FOR LIFE! Fitness and nutrition is fun and there's no need to deprive yourself ;)
This group will launch on the 27th of July! However as soon s you commit, I've created a custom Prep Calendar for you to dive into so you can get to work prepping with ME! Test Groups are the BEST groups because you get to walk through the program right alongside me - we'll be doing it TOGETHER! The accountability piece was the missing link for me + my clients and it really changes the game being surrounded by other like-minded women with GOALS!
