Because our event is colocated with the Collegiate Wind Competition, we need each person attending the National KidWind Challenge in Boulder, CO to complete this form in order to enter the Balch Fieldhouse.

This means that this form needs to be filled out by every person who intends on entering the building -- COACHES, CHAPERONES, PARENTS, STUDENTS, SIBLINGS, GRANDPARENTS, etc.

Each of these folks also needs to print, sign, and submit a Liability Waiver Form. You can find this form here.

Feel free to send the form directly to students, parents, and/or chaperones to fill-out themselves. Email the signed forms to Zella at Zella@Kidwind.org AND bring the hardcopies with you to Nationals.

All attendees must complete and submit this Attendee Registration Form by midnight on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023.
