"Lunch Deal" Order Form - 2019 Dodgen-Walton Invitational
Please complete this form and send in your lunch money by November 1, 2019.      

We will have a "Lunch Deal" consisting of 2 slices of pizza, 1 drink, and a cookie for $ 6.00.    
This deal will be served in the  Dining Hall during the core lunch hours of 11 am - 1 pm.    
Only a limited number of Tickets for this "Lunch Deal" will be sold PRIOR to lunch the day of the event.  
     
The ticket preorder system will help us to order enough pizza and serve you faster.

Make check payable to: "Walton High School" and mailed to be received by November 1st.  

The day of the competition, Coaches can pick up their team's lunch tickets by the registration desk.    

Bring Extra Money
We will also have an "a-la-cart" concession stand with drinks, chips and candies.
Early in the day we will serve some light breakfast type items (for those that need a pick me up).

The concession stand is our primary fundraiser so we ask that you do not bring in outside food except in the case of an individual dietary restriction.

Please provide the number of "lunch Deals" you want to purchase for your team's lunch.  remember to order for coaches and parents in addition to your students.    This will help us pre-order the proper amount of pizza to support the event.  As the tournament gets closer, If your Lunch Deal count is significantly different from what you include here, then please email Wes Taylor ( waltonscienceolympiad@gmail.com) with an update the week before the tournament.
