At the Estate Planning Clinic, clients will execute the three standard estate planning documents - a will, power of attorney and advance medical directive with the help of a volunteer attorney.

You will need to fill out an estate planning worksheet prior to the clinic. It will help you think about all the decisions you will be making in the documents.

At the Deeds Clinic, clients will get advice on their deed. In some cases, a new deed can be drafted and executed at the clinic.
