2020 WaterFire Art & Craft Festival - Food Trucks
WaterFire Providence and the PVD Artisans Market are pleased to present the first annual WaterFire Art & Craft Festival.

Join us for our third indoor art & craft festival on Saturday and Sunday March 28&29,2020 at the WaterFire Arts Center in the Valley Street neighborhood! Explore what our community has to offer with handmade works by local artists and food. Come learn about our community partners and volunteer opportunities. An event for families and friends of all ages!

We are accepting food truck applications for the WaterFire Art & Craft Festival NOW!

Detailed information will be provided upon selection, the following information serves as a general overview.

All trucks will be set up OUTDOORS. Trucks only, no tents or trailers. No hookups, trucks must be self-sufficient. We'll trucks on the side of the building and limited space is available. Trucks must be able to stay and serve for the whole event.

Setup and Break Down Times
          · Load In: 9:00 AM** on day of serving
          · Load In: 4:15 PM** on day of serving

Truck Fee:

$150 - Single Truck
          · Must be self-sufficient, no hookups available.
          · Must open by 10:00 am and serve until 4:00 pm.
          · Trucks will be asked to serve only one of the two show dates

Payments
All vendors must submit or confirm payment to WaterFire Providence no later than 10 days prior to event. Any vendor who has not submitted payment by 3:00 pm the Monday preceding any event will forfeit their location.

Refunds
WaterFire is very rarely canceled. In the event of cancellation, you may request a refund or select an alternative event date, if available. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to your date in order to receive a refund. No other refund requests will be considered.

Jury Process
In order to be considered, you must fill out this application. WaterFire will review applicants submissions and will make selections based on quality and menu options. We do our best to curate a well-rounded event that includes a wide variety of cuisines.
