Join us for a cooking demo by Chef Harry and experience a communal culinary and dine-in (halal-friendly) workshop. All you need to do is bring your five senses, a friend/boss and your own food boxes!

Watch Chef Harry cook while you eat and enjoy freshly cooked delectable cuisines or pack it along with you.

We have TWO SESSIONS for the Taste of Thailand menu.

A Taste of Thailand Menu

You'll get to see how these are freshly-cooked and taste them!  
  1. Green Curry Chicken This is one of the most well known and popular Thai dishes with a flavourful and aromatic gravy cooked with coconut milk and Thai Basil leaves. Best served with steaming hot fragrant rice.  

  2. Mango Salad Packed with a light citrus and sweet taste, you’ll see how easy it is to make this at home. Healthy and low in calories too!

  3. Red Rubies Dessert Crunchy, silky and creamy, a perfect refreshing dessert to wrap up your meal. Made using water chestnut, lightly sweetened coconut cream cooked with pandan leaves and best enjoyed with crushed ice.
  4. Steamed Fish Otah (only for Friday Dinner Treat session)
All served with steamed rice and lemon-lime infused drink (iced or warm)
