“Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled,
for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.” Heb. 13:4.
“But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a
person. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual
immorality, theft, false witness, slander.” Matt. 15:18-19.
“Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do
not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor
men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor
revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.” 1 Cor 6:9-10.
“Now we know that the law is good, if one uses it lawfully, understanding this, that
the law is not laid down for the just but for the lawless and disobedient, for the
ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who strike their fathers
and mothers, for murderers, the sexually immoral, men who practice
homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound
doctrine...” 1 Tim. 1:8-10 cf. Col. 3:5-9, 1 Cor 6:9-10.
“Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of
refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the
Christ appointed for you, Jesus...” Acts 3:19-20.
“Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your
heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one
believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.” Rom 10:9-
10
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good
works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Matt. 5:16.
“Do all things without grumbling or disputing, that you may be blameless and
innocent, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and twisted
generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, holding fast to the word
of life, so that in the day of Christ I may be proud that I did not run in vain or labor
in vain.” Phil. 2:14-16.
