Please include approximate dimensions of item if they are bulky (i.e unlikely to fit in our e-cargo bike or would require a vehicle to move). Please also indicate if they require more than one person to move..
Consumables & Accessories
In order for us to help maintain certain items, it would help us to know what additional items might be needed, such as consumables (e.g. Stimmer Wire for Garden Strimmers, batterries, and about spare parts for future repair.

If your item requires a particular type of consumable or acccessory (other than generic), or you have useful information regarding spare parts (e.g. codes, where they can be obtained), please add this information here.
Links to manuals also appreciated, especially for electrical items.
Are any of the items electrical (mains or mains charged battery)?
We PAT test all mains electrical items to ensure they are in a safe, working order. Mains powered items must be UK compliant. If battery please include type needed in Consumables & Accessories.

E-bike capacity 47x64xH45 flat OR 42x30xH90 vertical. Max weight 20kg

E-Van has a capacity length of approx 1.8m by width 1.2m by height 1.3m). Items larger than this (e.g. ladders) may require alternative arrangements if accepted). We will review this option as part of our assessment.

Times outside of these by arrangement.

For Pick-up by us please note the following:
E-Bike courier only operates within the CF64 area. Standard E-bike runs are Wed & Sat 1230-1430. E-bike has a restricted carry size & weight.

E-Van Vale courier standard operating hours within:
CF64 -  Thur bet. 1600 & 1900,
Llantwit Major CF61 Community Centre -  Thu 1230-1330
& can pick up from
Barry - Thu 1330-1430.

Can also pickup from all parts of Vale of Glamorgan & Cardiff outside of these times.
Cardiff Courier also operates Fri 1000-1400

Times can be arranged outside of these (and our opening hours at The Kymin). Please provide several options.

Finally - Donation Tracking
Our System gives us the option to tag an item to its donator (an account with us is required). Every time that item is borrowed, the donator is notified by email. If you are interested in finding out this information please tick yes. No personal information about the borrower or donator are passed to either party when this happens. This option is only available if the item is added to our catalogue, though if you do also register wirh the Benthyg we have passed it onto you can also request this service from them.

I agree that I am donating these items to Benthyg in the full knowledge that they will be made available for borrowing and I am giving up ownership to Benthyg Cyrmu any items accepted, as per the Donator's Agreement. Note, completing this form and ticking the box serves as signing the agreement. Agreement only active on items accepted by us and handed over.

I confirm all items are in good working order.

If I join Benthyg Penarth (&/ any other Benthyg in the Network) I will be able to borrow these items if they are available, in the same way as other members. I acknowledge that the items I donate may be available to Benthyg Cymru Members in other Communities.
