1) Drop Of Information: All 8th grade students from both middle schools will be meeting at the WHS stadium. Please drop off your student(s) between 7:45am and NO LATER THAN 8:15am. Use the map below to see the best way to keep traffic moving.
2) Students do NOT need to bring ANYTHING (NO CELL PHONES) - They will be receiving a PBE t-shirt before April 29th that they need to wear on April 29th. Students should wear closed toe shoes. Students can also wear shorts, hats, and if they want to wear a swimsuit under their clothes. Gentlemen can wear swim shorts with their PBE shirt. Ladies are encouraged to wear one-piece swimsuits.
However, for all students the PBE t-shirt must be worn AT ALL TIMES even in the swimming pool per facility rules. Any student who does not wear the PBE t-shirt on DAY 1 will not be permitted to swim in the pool. The pool is one of the optional activities. Also, the pool will be monitored with at least 2 lifeguards at all times to ensure student safety.
* Please apply sunscreen before arriving at WHS stadium. We will have sunscreen available throughout the day as well as the nurse's station will have more sunscreen, if needed.*
** Water stations available all day, no water bottles needed. **
***A hot lunch & snacks will be provided and most dietary restrictions will be met by facility. However, if your student has severe dietary restrictions you may pack a sack lunch and snacks for them to bring. We will make sure they are well taken care of.***
3) Pick Up Information: We plan to load buses at Pace Bend by 6:00pm & depart Pace Bend by 6:30pm. PLEASE PLAN TO PICK UP AT THE WHS STADIUM AROUND 7:30pm. *Please be patient these times MAY differ due to EANES bus drivers arrival at Pace Bend. There are LOTS of buses so students will arrive at staggered times.*
