Chaosbyte adalah sebuah synthesizer (instrumen ekektronik) noise polifonik yang dikontrol secara analog. Chaosbyte ini dirancang sekompak mungkin sementara juga menekankan fleksibilitas dari synth untuk gaya bermain yang dinamis. Instrumen ini menghasilkan 2 mode output yang dapat dipilih yaitu output drone monofonik dan output teksture noise polifonik.

Setelah rilisan Chaosbyte 1.1 - Genesis, dan Chaosbyte 1.2 - Nebula, berikutnya adalah Chaosbyte 1.3 - Dark Nebula yang merupakan artist edition dimana seniman terpilih merespon tampilan syntesizer. Chaosbyte 1.3 - Dark Nebula ini akan menjadi edisi terakhir dari Chaosbyte 1.x.

Chaosbyte 1.3 - Nebula mempunyai fitur yang sama dengan seri sebelumnya namun dengan tampilan yang sedikit berbeda. Dalam edisi ini Squaresolid berkolaborasi dengan Nekrofux. Nebula menggunakan ilustrasi dari Nekrofux dengan teknik ukiran laser arsiran putih pada kotak alumunium polos dengan teknik poles gelap. Silahkan lihat gambar untuk detil lebih lanjut.

Nekrofux merupakan nama samaran Krisna Widiathama dari Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Krisna merupakan perupa dan illustrator. Ilustrasinya banyak digunakan oleh RZA, Flatbush Zombie, Suicide Silence, Abiotic, Necro, dan juga publikasi dan merchandise Jogja Noise Bombing. Dia juga dikenal dengan nama samaran Sodadosa, yang sering bermain harsh noise menggabungkan synthesizer analog dengan efek gitar dalam setnya. Bersama Menstrual Synthdrone, mereka tampil sebagai duo yang dikenal sebagai Sulfur.

Chaosbyte is an analog controlled polyphonic #noise #synth. It is designed as compact as possible while also accentuate the versatility of the synth for dynamic playing style. The synth produce 2 selectable output mode which is a monophonic drone output and a polyphonic noise texture output.

After the release of Chaosbyte 1.1 - Genesis, and Chaosbyte 1.2 - Nebula, out next is Chaosbyte 1.3 - Dark Nebula which is still an artist edition of Chaosbyte where chosen artist respond to the enclosure designs of the synthesizer. Chaosbyte 1.3 - Dark Nebula is the last edition of Chaosbyte 1.x.

Chaosbyte 1.3 - Dark Nebula comes with all the features from Genesis edition, but with new looks. In this edition, Squaresolid collaborate with Nekrofux. Dark Nebula is using Nekrofux's illustration white laser engraved  in a raw aluminium enclosure with dark polish finish. Please have a look of the pictures for details.

Nekrofux is a pseudonym of Krisna Widiathama from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Krisna is a visual artist and an illustrator. Many of his illustration has been used by RZA, Flatbush Zombie, Suicide Silence, Abiotic, Necro, along with Jogja Noise Bombing publication and merchandises. He is also a noise musician known as Sodadosa, often playing harsh noise combining analog synthesizers with guitar pedals in his sets. With Menstrual Synthdrone, they perform as duo known as Sulfur.
