Hello,
I’m contacting you with a short questionnaire to verify your eligibility for an upcoming usability study with Google. This study is an opportunity to provide feedback on something that's currently in development. This study will help the Google team better understand your needs in order to incorporate them into future product enhancements.
We’re currently scheduling participants for a study about your work chat environment, which requires you to note down or record part of your workflows at your convenience. Sessions will be conducted remotely - you’ll need a high-speed Internet connection, an active Gmail account, and a computer with a working video camera or a mobile device with a working video camera, speaker and microphone to participate in the study.

Details of the study:We're hoping to learn more about how you use tech to get work done through a 3-part diary study (~45 min total) that you can do at your pace through the dScout platform. It will begin the week of October 10th, and you will have two weeks for completing diary missions. You'll be rewarded with the localized equivalent amount of $100 USD upon completion, and you'll get an additional $25 if your responses are thorough! 💸
If selected, we'll send you a link to access the diary study and get started. Unfortunately, we can't take everyone who signs up, but we'll reach out if there are other similar opportunities! Thanks for your interest!
* You will receive the localized equivalent amount of $75 USD by email from our thank you gift distributor or a Google merchandise voucher if you prefer, as a token of our appreciation. The gift distributor online catalog includes gift cards from VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, donations or a variety of retailers. Retailers and gift card options will vary based on region.
After participating in the study, your thank you gift will be emailed to you.
To participate you will need to:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Accept the terms of our Informed Consent Form
* Allow us to video or audio record the session
* Have an active Gmail account you can log-in to during the study session and join a Google Meet from
* Have a computer with a working video camera, microphone and speaker
* Have a mobile phone with a working video camera, microphone and speaker * Have a broadband Internet connection (DSL, Cable, T1 all fine)
**Please note that you won’t receive a thank you gift for responding to this questionnaire; you’ll receive it only if you actually attend a study session with Google.**
