10:00 - OPENING / HELLOS

~10:30 - WAVE 1 GAMES BEGIN

16:15 - WAVE 1 GAME HARD CUT-OFF*

~16:30 - WAVE 2 GAMES BEGIN

22:45 - WAVE 2 GAME END

23:00 - CLOSE

*A hard cut-off has been introduced this year to ensure Wave 2 games can begin as planned. Unless you will not impact Wave 2 games, please ensure your game is finished by 16:15.

If you have no idea how to play 18xx but you're interested to learn, don't worry - you're coming to the right place! Include this in your response and we'll try and ensure you're at a suitable table with a teach provided. Here's a primer:
