Open Call for Strong Workforce Committee
This is an open call for Faculty interested in serving on the Strong Workforce COMMITTEE.

Meetings schedule: 1st Thursday of Month 12-1pm

Committee Charge:  The Strong Workforce Program (SWP) is a California initiative of $200 million in annual funding to spur career technical education (CTE) across the 113 colleges in California Community College system.  The SWP is driven by its motto “more and better” CTE, where CTE program enrollments grow and improve in quality. Ongoing funding is structured as a 60 percent regional share and 40 percent local share process. The MSJC Academic Senate Strong Workforce Program Committee is developed in response to the local share funding allocated to MSJC CTE programs.
