Please complete the following information to submit nominees for the TNAFP Nominating Committee to consider for open positions on the Congress of Delegates.

Nominees must be active TNAFP members in good standing to be eligible to serve as a Delegate or Alternate Delegate. See the 2022 Congress of Delegates for a list of members representing each district.

Deadline for nominations is June 30.

Candidates selected by the TNAFP Nominating Committee will be notified in late summer to confirm their acceptance.
