This online form will cover most of the usual forms that are submitted for Marching Band registration. Please note:  This must be completed and submitted or you will not be included in the 2023 Marching Band.  You (student) should be logged into your student cypanthers.org Google account to complete this form.  STUDENT and PARENT/GUARDIAN must complete the form together and authorize it before submitting.

PLEASE be sure to carefully read the agreements and indicate your agreement/consent by putting your initials in the required boxes.  Both student and a parent/guardian must agree to the following:

1.  Participation Contract
2.  Performance Agreement
3.  Summer Rehearsal Excuse
