Event producer Markster Con is currently accepting VENDOR APPLICATIONS for the Savannah VAMPIRE BALL on Oct. 19th, 2024 to be held at Debellation Brewery in Richmond Hill, GA.

VENDING FEE: $50 (includes Vendor and 1 assistant who is 21+)

NOTE: Vendors who sell macabre, dark, odd, halloween, gothic items will be given preference.

Vendors have the option of becoming an Affiliate. By helping us promote our event via your social media channels, friends, fans, supporters, etc. anyone who uses your unique URL (to buy a ticket) will earn you a cut of that ticket purchase which will earn you money (via is a trackable unique URL link). Being an Affiliate helps promote the event and spread the word while also increasing your revenue from the VAMPIRE BALL (when people buy tickets via your unique URL) in addition to letting others know of your involvement in such a well-loved unique and annual event.

EVENT DATE: Saturday, Oct. 19th, 2024 (doors at 8pm) – Vendors will have 2 hours for set-up prior to event (beginning at 6 pm) and 1 hour for tear-down (beginning at midnight).

DISCLAIMER: Submitting this form does not guarantee a vending spot. Once a vendor is sent an invite to be officially involved and the vending fee ($50) is paid then the vendor will be confirmed/set. Vendors will be allowed 2-3 hours for set-up and 1 hour for tear-down. Vendors are required to bring their own set-up:  a 10x10 tent, tables, chairs, weights for tents, and lighting (battery or generator powered).  There is no availability for power provided.  

This is a rain or shine event, so make sure you are properly prepared.
