If you feel comfortable doing so, please explain the work plan and budget your organization has in mind for the 2023 TB HLM. With an understanding of this, we can support with the coordination and deployment of activities and limited resources.

How do you expect the 2023 TB HLM Affected Communities and Civil Society Coordination Hub to prioritize delivering on to amplify, equip, and mobilize a strong affected community and civil society voice in the HLM?

Some ideas to consider include: monitoring and sharing information and intel with the community, developing social media tools to engage in key moments, providing clear opportunities to input into the development of key asks for HLM Declaration, sharing instructions on how to participate in multi-stakeholder hearing and/or HLM itself, developing tools and resources to engage with decision-makers in or representing your country, etc.

How often should we have our deep dive calls with the entire community? *
