CYFAM Conference Mentorship Session Sign-up
Hi everyone! This form is to ask y'all what you would like to learn more about in your pamilyas/small mentorship group during conference. Please fill out this session sign up before October 4th, 2020 so that we can use your response to tailor which small group you will be placed in at the conference. If you fill it out after October 4th, we may not be able to place you in your first choice small group, but we will try our best. Thank you and excited to see you all there!

Details: a 50-minute session with a 20-minute mentorship workshop hosted by the CYFAM Mentorship Committee and breakout into 30-minute of protected time with your small group.
