Bewhiskered Panel Submission Form
Hello and thank you for your interest in hosting a Panel at Bewhiskered 2022! We can't wait to hear from you! Your ideas are what is going to make Bewhiskered the best it can be.

Please fill the form out below accurately and completely. If your panel is chosen we will need to be able to contact you for the appointed time/date.

Panels will be chosen at the discretion of NCAS staff subject to schedule capacity. Any panel that is deemed inappropriate, violent, derogatory, etc., will not be chosen. In general, panels must not exceed a PG-13 rating. However, we are accepting applications for mature/18+ after-dark panels which will start at 10pm during the convention. (Please note: the after-dark programming track may be subject to change at this time). Also, due to current restrictions, we cannot accept any food/culinary panels at this time.

Please note that we cannot guarantee everyone who signs up for a 75 minute slot will get it. We will try to accommodate as best we can but cutting panel durations down may occur.

Keep in mind that if your panel is chosen, you will need to pre-register for the convention. We will not be able to secure your spot on the schedule until you've pre-registered. Failure to do so will mean forfeiting your panel slot to someone else. If able, please enter your 'Registration Confirmation Number, down below in the submission form.
