SIMCON is Western New York's Longest Running Boardgaming Convention, held every spring at the University of Rochester. Filled with board games, RPGs (like Dungeons and Dragons), Anime, Cosplay, and lots of vendors, there's something for everyone! The event is free for U of R Undergraduates.

Pre-Registering registering for SIMCON does NOT purchase you a badge. It simply holds your spot at the con, but you will still be responsible for paying an entrance fee when you arrive. However, pre-registering does save you a dollar on the cost of badges.
The badge prices, when pre-registered for SIMCON 42, are as follows:
$4 for a Weekend Pass
$2 for a Day Pass
$2 for a Magic: The Gathering Pass
U of R students and children under 10 are free
Space limited events (such as RPGs) will have sign-ups at the convention, and preference will be given to pre-registered convention-goers.
