Indemnity Waiver

It is a condition of Otago Hunt Inc. that all visitors and guests acknowledge that they take part in the sport AT THEIR OWN RISK.

Otago Hunt Inc. insists that all riders wear approved head protectors with a minimum of a 3 point safety harness and suitable riding attire.  Absolutely NO DOGS.

By paying a registration fee for Hunt Week 2023, the attendee is accepting the Otago Hunt Inc. and property owner conditions of entry and is indemnifying the Otago Hunt Inc. and property owners under the provisions of the current Health and Safety Acts and the NZHA Rules.
