(2023-2024) VOE Request Form & Summer information.                                                                                                             VOE SUMMER INFORMATION                              Any students/parents knowing they will need a VOE during the summer for their permit/drivers license will need to apply for their VOE during the week of May 20-24 the last week of school.        ***Any VOE issued the last 5 days of the school year will expire the first day of the following school year.***  Your VOE will be sent electronically to the email that is provided.
 Texas State requires that all students request a VOE to receive a Texas Driver's License. Please fill out this form request below.

Please read this information and follow the steps below. **PLEASE SUBMIT ONLY ONE REQUEST PER DAY**

1. Please allow 24 to 48 hours of processing your VOE due to the size of our campus and the high volume of requests we receive daily VOE’s are processed in the order it was received, excluding Holidays, Winter & Spring breaks as well as weekends. We appreciate your understanding.
2. With the VOE’s processed electronically it will be sent to the email you provide so please make sure the information we receive is correct and always check your junk or spam mail as well.

Please REMEMBER the VOE is valid for 30 days only during the school year (not the summer) if you need another VOE please follow steps 1 & 2 above. Thank you!

  • VOE"S are valid for 30 days during the school year. When it expires you will have to fill out the form again.

  • ** Expiration: Any VOE issued during the school year (traditional, year-round, etc.) expires 30 days after issuance. Any VOE issued the last 5 days of the school year will expire the first day of the following school year.**    Texas State requires that all students request a VOE to receive a Texas Driver's License. The requested VOE will be emailed to the email address that was provided and is valid for 30 days.
