Sudbury SEPAC Nominations for 2021-2022 Leadership
Sudbury SEPAC is seeking volunteers. There's a role to fit everyone's interest, skill set, and availability. Share your talents. Each year we adjust our projects and priorities based on the capacity of our group. Contributions of any size serve our entire community.

Nominate yourself for the position(s) that suit(s) you best. Please consider joining our leadership group as a board member or liaison. If a formal position is not right for you add yourself to our list of people interested in working on a project(s).

3) All positions are elected or appointed every year. Current officers and liaisons please nominate yourself if you wish to continue in your role.

1) Attend our June 16th, 7:00pm Remote Board Meeting.

Summary of Board Position Responsibilities
Co-chair (2 year position)
~ Set agendas, lead meetings
~ Meet/communicate with district leadership
~ Communicate with liaisons
~ Monitor and facilitate projects
~ Respond to requests for info
~ A little of everything

Secretary
~ Take meeting minutes
~ Collaborate on Newsletter

Technology
~ Website and Social Media
~ Publicity platforms, including mailing list management
~ Document management

Events/Membership Coordinator
~ Arrange/monitor workshops and social event planning
~ Organize/Execute event publicity
~ Attend events or arrange for a SEPAC representative

Community Resources and Outreach Coordinator
~ Gather and share information about community resources
~ Review and report to leadership team current guidance, laws, regulations
~ Communicate with SPS groups, Sudbury community groups, and neighboring SEPACs

Summary of Liaison Responsibilities
~ Facilitate communication and connection between SEPAC and the assigned organization
~ Promote SEPAC meetings, events, projects
~ Post about SEPAC on the organization's social media and newsletters
~ Update SEPAC about the organization's activities
